At DataSoft Global, applicants are thoroughly screened on a range of aptitude, mental faculties as well as knowledge base to ensure that they are the best of the class. Based on their previous experience, expertise and inclination they are assigned to one particular unit. Following allocation to a unit, they are imparted emerging technology training and undertaken through orientation modules aiming to familiarize them with the processes and methodologies followed. Their orientation period varies from 1 to 3 months, depending on the previous experience of the consultant concerned.
